Ce 19 février 2013 , c'est au Mexique que l'on a trouvé notre nouvelle reine , elle s'appelle Mónica C et elle a fait l'unanimité autour de son élection . la concurrence était pourtant de grande qualité puisque l'on retrouve trois filles du top 6 de février dans cette sélection .
